Good afternoon, Shirley. Guess the big melt-down has Pasty affected today.
The Big Iron River in Silver City has broken open, she's opened up and running out of the mouth of Lake Superior. The ice chunks are unreal. A lot of the other creeks and rivers are also flowing. You can hear the waters roar.

Dan's Big River runoff gets my vote today. He certainly had an eye for photography.

Good Morning. I love the Rushing Eagle River Falls, Jacob's Falls, and Lingering Ice. Our forecast for Sunday night and Monday sounds like some real gully washers, with rainfall of 1 to 3 inches of rain, which is a lot of water. It may not be very welcome on our still very cold ground. They are they are talking about possible flooding in the low lying areas, as well as rivers around here. Fortunately, we are a little bit higher than that, I hope. Stay dry! We have some nice weather here in mid-Michigan, for the daytime today! Enjoy your Saturday.
