Kelly Sullivan lives in the Sidnaw area, where she and her friend, Scott operate a restaurant called Sidnaw Eats. They were sitting at their kitchen table the other day, when they spotted this little fellow out in their yard. Kelly said that as soon as the fox showed up, so did a flock of crows. That's what he was looking up at and watching, but they didn't stick around long and as soon as they were gone, he relaxed and decided to hang around there for awhile.
Kelly also mentioned that since moving to Sidnaw, they've seen all kinds of wildlife around and she's loving that. Wherever she goes, she carries her camera, too, so I'm sure we'll be seeing more of the Sidnaw area in the near future.

Today's shots from Kelly reminded me of the foxy stare-down Kevin Henriksen had on the Pasty Cam a few years back (bottom photo).

Love the faces of foxy-loxies!! Think I've only seen a couple in my lifetime. Guess it's 'cause they're 'sneaky'.:>

Fox sightings are occasional on the farm here. We smell them more than see them. They have a "marking" odor similar to a skunk.
