Good Morning everyone, especially to those here in the deep freeze! We have a Wind Chill Warning until noon Wednesday, for it, and we have a Winter Weather Advisory until noon today because of blowing and drifting snow. Deb, we don't hold a candle to you, though, at least yet. Heard Minneapolis is supposed to have a wind chill of -43, ouch! Stay warm, Deb and all of us! Hopefully stay inside, if you can today, tomorrow, and Wednesday! Have a good day.

Good morning!! It's COLD!!! Our highs for the next couple of days are NOT going to get above zero. This is ridiculous!!! And Marianne, I think Alaska is about 50 degrees warmer than we are!
Love the little person with the huge cinnamon roll. Adorable!!

Good morning, Marianne and Deb. We're also under a 'wind chill' warning through the same time frame, Marianne. Supposed to reach 34 by Thursday ~ we can only hope! I like that little fella with the bun too, Deb. Babies remind me of little birds...their mouths pop open at the sight of food....or anything.:>

Meanwhile in the tropics, we're bracing for "Ice Storm ver. 2.0"! Forecast is for accumulating ice and snow to start here tomorrow morning and last through the evening......... looks like another snow day for me. :-)

Two snowmobilers have been reported missing for the last 24 hours in Silver City, Michigan. The AmericInn is asking for volunteer snowmobilers to help assist in the search. They are lost in the worst possible weather conditions. Praying that they are found and soon.

A few years back Bob and I were stopped in Phoenix on a snowmobile vacation to help aid in a snowmobile accident. My snowmobile was used to transport the lady in the med toboggan with a broken leg 1/4 of a mile to the main highway to the awaiting ambulance. I hope a lot of snowmobilers get together and volunteer to help find these snowmobilers in need! It is truly a good feeling to help your fellow person!

Sorry, Charlie, I tried to cancel my first one.:(

The two snowmobilers have been found. Thanks to all of the people in Ontonagon County. They were father and son. The father has severe hypothermia but will be okay. So happy it ended well. Don't ever go off of the marked trails, whether on foot or on sled.
