John Sturos and his family made the trek to check out the Hungarian Falls and the colors, too. When they made this trip, the colors weren't quite at their peak yet on the trail there, but once there near the falls, the colors were popping!
It's always a good place to take the kids to burn off some energy and get them to appreciate being outdoors exploring the beautiful Keweenaw. The hike isn't too long, but long enough to build up the anticipation of seeing the waterfalls and getting that glimpse of the vista you see from up there, too. John's last photo shows you that and adds that burst of bright red to make it an outstanding scene.
