wonderful time with family in the U.P., also at the
family reunion at the Aloha state park. Then we
stayed a few days in Oscoda. But it sure is good to
be home.

Thank you all. Am having a wonderful time UP here. The weather hasn't been great, but an average day here is better than a great day where I live, or anywhere else.

Charlie, I think I drove by your house yesterday and pretty sure I saw you walking into your house. It was early evening some time. Could be wrong, but it looked like you :-) Hope Edie is doing better now.

What do you mean the weather hasn't been great?? Compared to the 103+ temperature in the tropics I have to go back to in a week, I'll take sunny and 60's anytime......

Thanks, Capt. Wish you guys would have been able to join us at the Harbor. We had a good time.

When I say the weather wasn't great, I mean it wasn't great for swimming in the big lake. That's one of the things we love to do when we're up here. However, the sweatshirt weather was awesome for sitting at the lake on the rocks and just listening to the waves crashing, watching for freighters, taking pictures of nature, and just enjoying life.

I hope you guys have had a wonderful time while up here. We're down to one day and we'll maybe head to Freda tomorrow if my cousin is at his camp. Try to get some thimbleberries picked while we're there.
