Good morning from a cooler,and less humid eastern Iowa!

50 degrees on my outside thermometer this morning. Remember ~ Christmas is just 5 months away from today.:>

Just not right.

This is our seventh Summer living in the U.P., and there is always a serious lack of rain here in Stephenson township during the Summer. Growing anything is tough. Rain may not accompany thunder and lightning, but it is at least promised, coming together they give life one of it's climaxes.
Seems like these promises are always empty in our area, rain a short distance to the North & South, but always puts us in the doughnut hole.

Pat & Glenda (Gormfrog), rain has been plentiful in Ontonagon this year. This will be our fifth summer and finally getting the much needed moisture. Wish I could send it to you.

So happy that Ontonagon is booming. So many travelers here, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Missouri, Kansas, Arkansas, Kansas,
Alaska, Florida and the list goes on. It is a beautiful place to visit....that's why we moved here. :)

Temps have been perfect....the big lake is taking care of us.
