Happy to report that my daughter is being released from the hospital ~ even as I write! Thanks to all, for your thoughts, wishes and prayers!:)

I thought surely the Pasty Cam would be up tonight. Hope that Charlie and Edie and Mary are okay. Afraid I've been out of the loop lately, but sending prayers and good thoughts from here, that everyone and everything will be all right. :-)

Thanks for caring, and for your support. July has shaped up to be one of the most challenging we have seen here in Pastyland. We all go through cycles of busy and slower times, and July 2013 has been one of the busiest and most demanding.

Good morning! I couldn't pull pasty up yesterday and had a hard time earlier this morning. Sure am glad it finally came up for me. So you're not the only ones having problems, Charlie! Glad all's well there, though.

Nice slideshow this morning. The title of Barb's picture "GREEN" sure does say it all. Gorgeous!!
And the M-26 shoreline pics really make me homesick. The front porch music picture reminds me of a place out here. Every Sundsy during the summer months there is somebody out here who has different bands on his deck to play for anybody who comes to hear. It's a bring your own chair and drinks thing and the band plays for the pleasure of the people, not money. How often do you hear of THAT happening??

Anyway, happy Friday to all!! Might get rain all weekend here. Oh well, it's not like there's not a lot to do in our house.
