If you've been out and about at all in the Copper Country, you know that flowers of all colors, shapes and sizes are out in full bloom right now. Some wild, some planted, but all quite beautifully decorating our surroundings. We have a sampling of some here today...starting with one from Mike Schneider, that I don't ever recall having seen before. It's called a Starflower and is also known as an Indian Potato. The latter name probably comes about because the small tuberous root of this pretty flower is edible. Interesting, to say the least.
