WOW!! Dan's picture is spectacular, and so is Rob's.

I've always thought that forget-me-nots should be growing all over cemeteries. Makes perfect sense to me.

Have a great Saturday, everybody! We had another bunch of storms go through here last night. At times the thunder was so loud you'd swear there was a tornado out there. Hope the sun comes out at some point. Want to get my sheets out on the clothesline.

Casey's tribute was very well written. Pets are loving family members!

You're right, Deb, it would make perfect sense to plant them in the cemetery. I'm going to get some and plant them on my mom and dad's graves.

Some day I'm gonna do just that, Jose!! Thankfully, my mom is still alive and well!!

I agree with you, Deb and Jose, however 'plantings' aren't allowed in the cemetery here in Bethel ~ only artificial flowers in vases and such.:(

There seems to be a lot of phlox that grows around the cemeteries in the Copper Country. That's pretty, but forget-me-nots are more appropriate to me. Out here there are peony bushes planted, shrubs, etc. The cemeteries look really nice.
