As the month of May comes to a close, we pause in our end-of-the-month tradition and remember those that have passed on before us. Today we recall:

Sally's got such a great place to take beautiful sunrise and sunset pictures. Gorgeous!

Remembering my dad today, who would have been 86 yesterday. Also thinking about my dad's mom, my grandmother, who passed away 41 years ago this month. It hardly seems like 10 years that she's been gone, but it's 41. She was so much fun! Also remembering my mom's sister, Dorothy, who passed away in May in 2001, maybe? Anyway, thinking about her today also. She was a great aunt!

Remembering my one true love who went home to the Lord two years ago this month. Time does not heal all wounds. Miss you everyday, Honey!

Remembering Aunt Norma Aittama who passed on the 2nd of this month, wow, a whole month already, we miss and think of you everyday, and we're all taking care of Unc!

In my thoughts today go to Kelly. Her 19 year old daughter, Ashley passed on May 20. Also loving thoughts for my daughter, Michelle and former husband Jason on their loss of Ace, their 12 year old Chocolate Lab they bought together for a wedding present to each other, Ace was put to rest suffering from tremendous pain.

Thank you, Uncle Chuck, I feel it!

Thinking of Larry Rich, originally from Marquette, has lived in Arizona for many years now. Lung cancer. He will be missed!

Remembering our parents Norman and Helen Pooley, Ed and Sophie Kuusisto, Aunt Lyle Pooley, our sister in law and dear friend Phyllis Kuusisto, Karen Kuusisto, Janet Trasti, our good buddy Nitz Kumpula, our nephew “The Chief” Churchill, our sweet niece Rosie Churchill, Our niece Bailey Hartmann, our brother in law and friend Wayne Hartmann our sister and best friend Flo Hartmann and our dear sweet baby girl Annie Kuusisto.
We love and miss you all so much.

I can also see my Uncle Jerry in his little boat having a good time fishing, always did and always will. ;O)

In memory of my wife Kellie who passed away this
month, May 1st.

She should have left us almost 2 decades ago were
it not for the gift of organ donation. Given the
extra years of life, she was able to help our son
grow into the fine young man he is today.

Remembering my wife of 28 years and feeling the
deep loneliness, it's so comforting to know that I
am not alone. It is also so very reassuring
knowing that she is also not alone.
