Melanie Hakala Rossi was out snapping pictures and found a plethora of signs, all in one place. The owner of this collection puts his hobby to good work, since covering the building with the signs, means never having to paint it. Not only that, but no one else in the neighborhood will have the same, so it's definitely "one of a kind!"

There's one more sign, that Melanie photographed... the sign of Spring here in the Copper Country. A Robin, but not just any Robin, this one is getting ready to dine on a worm, how's that for being in the right place at the right time and having your camera ready to go?

I suppose the robins were surprised when they got UP there, all the snow.Never seen a building like
that.Quite interesting. Wonder where that is.

Talk about confusion! That almost gives me a headache. "When the red, red robin comes bob, bob, bobbing along." I love robins!

Here at the "Old Jail" Museum in Allegan we have a Robin sitting on eggs on the Piano Window sill under our front porch roof.

Blocking out the scenery, breaking my mind............

Very cool!! And thanks for starting my morning out with a song! And who doesn't love seeing those robins????

Deb: Who doesn't love seeing those robins??? My guess would be the worms, maybe.

Do this, don't do this, can't you read the sign...5 Man Electrical Band.

By jbuck (Jbuck) on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - 09:19 am:

We also have a robin's nest with 4 eggs right outside the front door. The nest is only 15" off the ground... hope no cats wander by.

Wow! Best photos posted here to date!

By Shirley Waggoner (Shirlohio) on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - 03:05 pm:

But Thomas, there are no Christmas lights.;-)

By Thomas Baird (Thomas) on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - 03:12 pm:

Are there supposed to be?

By Shirley Waggoner (Shirlohio) on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - 05:16 pm:

Not really, I just know you like photos of Christmas lights. But then you said "here to date", so guess there's no place for Christmas lights.:>

By lookielu (Eyeswideshut) on Wednesday, May 1, 2013 - 08:33 pm:

while i appreciate the signs, I hope that they were all legally purchased. otherwise there are some that could cause some serious problems for the driving public when they are missing, and i don't like my tax dollars spent on having to replace stolen highway signs.

By Thomas Baird (Thomas) on Saturday, May 11, 2013 - 10:48 am:

This may or may not get read, but I still like Christmas lights, so
there is a place 4 them here.
