Morning everyone! Up early this morning, heading to LaCrosse, Wis. to bring home our Siamese kitten, Mavis. It's already 45 degrees, temps expected to hit 60! Like yesterday I will be doing the afternoon chores in shorts and t- shirt! I'm lovin' it!

Jon's Frosted Keweenaw takes my breath away! Beautiful! And of course, I love seeing the picture of my dad's family and seeing my dad as a little boy. It always brings a smile to my face.

Just got home! What a little joy Mavis is! She rode in the car like she's been doing it all her life, perched on my left shoulder in a little curl sleeping and purring the entire 3 1/2 our trip!!! Brimley is so excited, to meet her, little at a time this will happen.

That must be a trait of Siamese....one of ours would rest on my husband's shoulder when he was driving and watch the cars go by.
