The only one who looks warm in the pictures is the Bear in Zman's 2007 picture! Good place to hang out around the house today is the warmth of a fireplace!!

well folks...i understand the polar bear dive, in hancock, mi., of 2013, has been officially canceled...;O(. no place to host it...

Colder than all get out here, too. The drive to work saw a temp of -14. It ranged from 0 to -1 on the way home. Loving this arctic freeze....NOT!!

Love the pictures today, though, especially the one featuring the Lake Linden basketball team!! Some of my fondest teenage memories are in that gym. Loved going to basketball games and playing in the band there. Fun times!

there is no place of business-if you will, where the polar divers can go in and change and then run back into to warm up and dry off and change. guess i am trying to say there is no host OR hostess, place of business, for the event.

i was informed by someone who dives in every year.
