We're having 'Indian Summer' in southern Ohio. Nice!

Having another Indian Summer here as well Shirley! Saw the first live snake for the year, about stepped on it, the other day. Bob said it was a bull snake, it had to been close to 3 ft. long. Ugh!

Bull snakes are a 'good thing', they keep away the bad snakes.:)
I don't know what's happened but I haven't even seen a little garter snake in years!! Used to see a lot of 'em around our property.

Poor you, Janie. I'd have died if I'd have come across a snake....any kind of snake!! I hate them all! I don't care how good they are, and I know that bull snakes kill rattlers, but Ewwww!!!
