Good morning, everyone! Wonderful slide show today; many thanks to all the artists.

Alex, Charlie/Mary supposedly have been working on "Smell-a-Vision" for years now so that we may get the aroma of fresh baked pasties right through our computer screen, but as of yet their attemps have appeared to be very unsucessful. I'm not sure Pepe Le Pew would be the first odour I would want to experience with this new technology.....

I've read about attempts to create "smell-o-vision". One version has an electronic scent dispenser at the watcher's location, the signal from the remote site includes not only video and audio but also instructions that tell the scent dispenser what to release. Not quite what I imagine most people think of for "smell-o-vision".

I can only imagine the aroma on a 110 degree day with 98% humidity :-(

Is 'smell-o-vision' a possibility?...back in the 1970s I swore I'd NEVER hook up to the internet....so I guess, never say never. Anything is possible

when the movie, towering inferno, came out i went to see it and the scene where the tower caught fire and started to smoke, the movie theater also smelled like smoke. we almost got up to leave but the smell went away as the movie went on. when i think about it--i am surprised no one yelled fire. some people were looking at each other like they were trying to figure out what was going on, too.

I know, UC!! I went to bed after they had first and goal and lost the ball again. I just got sick of it. What happened to they were supposed to win the division this year? UGH!!!!!
