Just wrapping up our series on J.T. Reeder, I came across the shot above, one he took of an unidentified man in a U.P. cornfield. Reminded me of our scenes last Tuesday with the sunflowers.
Thanks to the MTU Archives and the Reeder family again for these unique "glimpses of life in the U.P." this year. If the Internet had been around, I bet J.T. could have had a very interesting blog, with all of his shots of people, buildings, landscapes, gem, flowers, insects, etc. And most of those shots were set right here in the Copper Country.
By the way, thanks to all of the folks who visited our "Pasty Central Express" stops yesterday in Bay City and Clarkston. We've had a number of requests to make Pasty Central pasties available at outlets throughout the midwest and elsewhere in the country, and this was a brief tour to meet some of those in areas where we have had the most requests. It was great to meet everyone. We're on our way back north this afternoon.
Have a good week :o)
