Not knowing where the shot was in 2008 i was wondering if the building in the far left background could possibily be a ligthouse. You can just see a roof but no tower.

Well, the "barter system" is alive and well UP here. Saw our friend actually paying his lawn mower repair bill with walleye filets.

Home from work. It's hot so we're going fishing! Doubt we'll catch any walleye, but the sunfish and crappies are always plentiful. Later in the evening we'll troll for bass. Either way, ya gotta love fish!

Sorry I've been absent from here of late, but I've been very busy. My first novel is scheduled to be published this Autumn. I never knew how time consuming submitting manuscripts and going over proofs and other things like that could be. I'll be going over my final proof next week. After that, I should have more time to enjoy the Pastycam and the camaraderie of the fine people here. (Unless, of course, I am crazy enough to publish another novel!)
