Any day spent fishing in the Keweenaw is a good day, but when it's spent with Grandpa and Grandma, that makes it even better. Sally Beaudette captured the fun of fishing at the family camp with her grandson and the joy on his face when he caught one, too. He's holding on tight to that fish, with a smile on his face that is priceless for sure.

With a scene like that of the pond, it wouldn't matter to me if I stayed there all day and never caught a fish. Such a peaceful and calming setting.

Sally was on a roll for capturing beautiful scenes and shares another she captured in the skies above. The sun was really illuminating the fluffy white clouds against the blue of the sky. Beauty all around you and overhead, too... just a typical day in the Keweenaw!

looks like a brook trout in a pond, that must be one cold spring fed little fishermans paradise!

look at that face of that precious child with his fish...That, and fishing with grandpa is priceless.

Hey! I've seen those pictures somewhere before :-) Loved them then and love them now!

Looks like the grandson's shirt says "Future Fisherman", so he can now retire that one and get a new one which says:

"BIG TIME Fisherman"!
