Good morning!! Where is everybody this morning!

I know where I'm at this evening; Alta, Norway at 70° north latitude!! J

Just to follow up from last night; that's all the darker it got after I posted that photo. Shortly thereafter, the sun rose again. Tomorrow night we'll be at a place called NordKapp, which is the northern most point on mainland Europe. Fingers corssed that it will be clear skies so that we may see the midnight sun....

You are definitely UP there. Do you see many motorcycles?

There are a LOT of motorcycles in Norway Alex, even this far north we have seen both individuals and entire groups of bikes traveling on vacation. We even saw a place that advertised Harley service yesterday, north of the Arctic Circle!! All makes are represented (including some Goldwings), but the majority are BMW and Ducatti.

If I had to say what most closely resembles Norway/Sweden so far is the upper Great Lakes region of North America around Lake Superior, except on a much grander scale. I can see why there are so many Scandinavians around Lake Superior as it more than likely reminded them of home.....

That is incredible Capt, I think I want to join that club...The Arctic Angels :-)
