question for anyone from Pasty Central: We tried to order Cornish-style pasties (no carrots) from the Hut and were told the Hut does not sell Cornish-style pasties. !???

Maija---I really hope someone answers your question. Would love to hear the answer. I assume they told you that because what I think of as pastues are really "Finn" pasties. The Finns altered the recipe to improve it. Only the English are big on mutton. (Now if this dosen't bring forth an answer I give up.)

dickingrayling--far as I know the Cornish-style pasties advertised by Pasty Central are only different from the original UP-style pasties because they don't have carrots. I'm allergic to carrots.
