"Good Morning"-2005.

Wonder what the temperatures were like back in 2005? Best I remember, it wasn't as bad as now....triple digits in the forecast again for the Cincy area today! :p

Shirley, she was a wonderful horse and she was tall! 17.2 hands is equal to 5 ft. 9 in. I am only 4 ft. 11 in. but I was so wirery back then! lol!

Shirley, yes it was! I could see miles and miles from upon her back! On top of the world! I used to ride her hunter/jumper, or for fun/trails.

Shirley, I am hoping this is our last day for triple digits. Maybe
we have a better chance for rain tomorrow and cooler temps
after that. I'm ready to organize a flash mob rain dance.

We don't technically have triple digit heat in the tropics, but with the dampness our humidex has been 105-110 almost everyday. Thank goodness it's now down to just 10 days before our trip to cooler temps for a few weeks.....

Forgot to ask; how's the recovery coming along Janie??

Capt, I'm feeling really great! Not much left of the incision mark/scar, sad, it made for good "bar fight" stories!.

I'm with you, Cindy! Can't dance anymore but I'll definitely put out an effort! Haven't checked my 'saved' calenders but I remember one summer where the temp only got up to 90 one day! Hard to believe now, eh?

Alex, a couple bolts tattooed in that area of my neck also has been mentioned by my brothers! lol!
