So sad to read in Sharon Smith's journal this morning, that her little kitty, Jasmine, passed away yesterday. So painful to lose our furry friends! Condolences, Sharon.

Don't know if this is the proper place for this. If it's not correct please excuse me...I read of Sharon's loss of the beloved Jasmin. I've been following her attempt to join the dear cat into her world. I can only guess that the sweet critter had a sorry background. And if she was a ferral cat it may not have been in her to trust humans. Lord knows Sharon and her "family" tried! Even just one animal could make a difference in one's life. May she find peace in "kitty heaven" now. Have peace Sharon.

Yes, joining others of you in being sad about Sharon's Jasmine. Even if it's not a cuddly cat, they still leave a hole in your heart when they depart. Heck, I even miss Jasmine! I think she tried to love but her previous experiences just left her with a great mistrust of people in general.

On a happier note, quite a string of tug, barge(s), and dredge(?) passing under the bridge at 5:05. I didn't see it live but it's still up on BridgeCam unless it's just changed.
