Another good day for Yooper Joe. We had our good old dog back today. He couldn't get enough of swimming and chasing sticks. Made our hearts so happy, hope we can do it again tomorrow. He's zonked out and happy, so are we.
Going to hit 97° in Ontonagon on Sunday. Won't last, that's why we love the UP.
Since today's subject is food, going to tell you what's on the menu tonight, hope I'm not cluttering up this site;
Pork chops marinated for 12 hours in red wine vinegar , olive oil and spices. Cooking it on the grill with garlic potatoes and cauliflower and cheese sauce.
Roasting the cauliflower whole in the oven drizzled with olive oil, butter, salt, pepper and paprika.
Get those A/C units tuned up, 97° is predicted for Sunday's high in Ontonagon. :(

It was also called the Sportsmans Bar before it was the Country Haus and more recently Patrick's Pub before it sadly became an insurance office.
