Sounds like the 'invisable Jasmine' has become visable. A lot of patience and understanding, it seems, has finely paid off. How nice........

I can still hardly believe it, but she let me touch her head this morning, too. All it takes is a little patience...or a LOT of patience!

Sharon, maybe Jasmine is starting to think that Grayson's getting too much attention. Hopefully they'll soon become fast friends!

Was going to talk about what we're having on the grill but guess I better stick to the weather. :)

Walked the beach at Union Bay today, (near Silver City). The sky, the lake and the soft north wind made it a perfect day. We got our feet wet in the lake, it was cold but very refreshing. The three of us sat on a big pine log and just watched the waves roll in. Only three more days of this perfect weather then the heat comes in on Saturday and Sunday. Supposed to be in the 80s.

I am also so happy about Jasmine and for Sharon too, who has tried so hard with her. My wish is that Jasmine can be a happy and contented cat.

Although my simple digital camera just didn't have the sophistication to capture any images of the transit of Venus (goodness knows I tried everything I could think of), the kids and I did get to see it through a good filter. Amazing! One of those once-in-a-lifetime experiences we will surely remember!
