Don't know that I've ever seen so many 8:00 posts!! We were waiting for you, Charlie, lol!

Lots of scrambling for the poultry this morning

Could it have anything to do with the clocks?

By Deb S. (Usedtobeayooper) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 08:10 am:

I'm thinking that's it, Charlie!!

By DEAN SCHWARTZ SR. (Lulu) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 08:30 am:

The secret is to turn your clocks foward on Friday. It seems to help to get adapted to the change a little easier. The only time that i can get on Pasty-Cam early is Saturday and Sunday. Everyone have a safe and enjoyable day.

By mickill mouse (Ram4) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 09:45 am:

I have a question?

In todays review, how many times did our Charlie Hopper have pictures posted?

Ding,Ding,Ding...... it is 4 times.
This is what happens as I wait for Spring to arrive. LOL...LOL...

By Janie T. (Bobbysgirl) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 09:56 am:

I only counted 2 pictures from Charlie Hopper and 2 pictures from his son Jon Hopper.

By Deb S. (Usedtobeayooper) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 10:05 am:

I'm thinking that Charlie just had to step out of his door to get the diagonal ice picture. What a great spot to live!

By Shirley Waggoner (Shirlohio) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 10:37 am:

Now, don't tell me that some of you got up at 2:00am to reset your clocks!;)
Boy, Charlie, you sure were busy with your 'stamp' this morning. Probably about out of ink.

By Charlie at Pasty Central (Chopper) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 10:51 am:

Actually the diagonal ice photo was taken in the warmth of our living room, looking through the picture window past the corner of the dining room. The icicle floating to the left is hanging outside the window I'm shooting through.

Oh my, Charlie and Edie, what a beautiful view you have!!

By Deb S. (Usedtobeayooper) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 01:19 pm:

Nice! You don't even have to leave the warmth of your house and look at that view!! The picture is awesome too!

DST: One of the dumbest ideas I've ever seen!
If we wanted to start and end our day an hour earlier, we could just get up an hour earlier, go to work an hour earlier, get home an hour earlier, etc. — no need to mess with the clock!

I sure didn't get up at 2:00 AM to reset any clocks! Some of us never reset any clocks! No DST for Arizona1 — the last thing we need is a 'nuther hour of blazing sun in the evening!

1 Except for the Navajo Nation, which, for consistency, does use DST as it lies partly in Utah and New Mexico where DST is observed. Not confusing enough? The Hopi Reservation, although wholly contained within both Arizona and the Navajo Nation, does not use DST!

DAYLIGHT SAVINGS

When told the reason for daylight savings time the Old Indian said, "Only the government would believe that you could cut a foot off the top of a blanket, sew it to the bottom, and have a longer blanket."

By jbuck (Jbuck) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 04:31 pm:

Than reminds me of another old Indian saying:

Vegetarian is Indian for "Lousy Hunter"

By george piker (Asturgeon) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 06:38 pm:

gee, we need more indians in our
government.

By Shirley Waggoner (Shirlohio) on Sunday, March 11, 2012 - 07:00 pm:

Theresa, I'd forgotten that saying....still funny!;) Fits the 'logic' coming out of DC anymore.
