Tom and Debbie are currently in Milwaukee visiting Amy. They have been impressed with Amy's continued improvement. We had our weekly meeting with the team yesterday and Amy continues to move forward. She has not been able to speak yet but the speech therapist continues to work with her so that hopefully will happen soon. The plan is still to move into the second phase of her therapy next week (Feb 24th). The team is happy with how far Amy has come since arriving. She has gotten much stronger.

We are getting closer to the day Amy and Keedin can reunite. That is something we all have been anxiously looking forward too.

Yesterday we had our weekly meeting with the treatment team. Amy's health continues to be good and also is still making strides in her rehabilitation. As I stated last update her swallowing is becoming more regular and the team is hoping that she will begin to communicate verbally in the near future. She is still considered to be minimally concious but is becoming more alert as the days pass.

The current plan is to for Amy to complete the coma recovery program on or near February 24th and then transition to the next rehabilitation program which will be even more intense. The next program has a 4 to 6 week duration.
