Two months have already gone by in 2012... the days seem to pass by so quickly. That's why we set aside the last day of each month, to take some time to pause and reflect on family and friends that have left us way too soon. Today we honor the memory of:

What a beautiful photo, Bob! Remembering today as I do every day, my high school sweet heart, my best friend, my husband, Frank Richard Waggoner, who went "home" on May 7th, 2011. My heart weeps daily.

Remembering my brother, Dennis Smith, who left this earth way too early 8 years ago this month. Miss ya bro!

Today I remember my mom's very good friend, Gloria LaBelle. She passed away on Sunday. Very strange that my mom and I were talking about her on Monday because she said she had to call to see how she was doing. They went to school together and remained good friends even after all these years. Lasting friendships like that aren't always easy to find.

Special thoughts for Julie Erickson,66 years old & from Gwinn who went home in her sleep last week. There was no sign of her having any health problems.There must have been a need for a good, sweet woman up in heaven. Many people will miss her.

Remembering my Dad, Arthur (Gordon) Hauring, who passed away in February of 1999. We still miss you so much, Dad!

Remembering our mom Janet Dube who passed away just this last Jan.30 after several years of declining health. She was loved by many and always brought love and cheer to those around her.

Remembering my great Aunt Marie. She passed away on Valentine's Day at the age of 96. She's the last of her generation in our family. She will be missed!

In memory of my 2 K-9 boxers, Matty + Trooper, whose birthdays are in February. Missed very much by their human Dad + Mom. (BTW, that sunset steeple is a beautiful picture.)

I forgot my dearley missed sister-in-law, Carol Smith. A large void in the family that will always be there.

Rest In Peace Davey Jones of The Monkees. He died today of a massive heart attack. He was 66 years old.

Just remembering my dad who passed 2 years ago tomorrow. Also my sister Martha, brother in law Ken, Aunts Marion and Thelma, nephew Marty and cousin Phil. All in less than a year.

Remembering also Jan Berenstain, who died this week. She and her husband, Stan, authored the "Berenstain Bears" series of children's books, which were enjoyed by my family as our children were growing up in the 1980's. Thank you, Jan and Stan, for these wonderful books.

Sdc,just yesterday I was recalling all the fun times we had sledding on Seppalas' hill in Dollar Bay.Your Grandpa woud be out there often shoveling out the driveway. They and the Alcenius were good people.That sunset is absoutely beautiful!
