I like that one Shirley. LOL. The ham-bone just went in for the night. Then in the morning, while Bill is gone, I will put it thru a strainer and the juice goes in the fridge overnight. Sunday morning I get all that thick grease off and get to the pure broth. I am going to make boiled dinner with it. We had a pasty for lunch. ;O)
