PEWABIC ALL SCHOOL REUNION:

Did you attend the old Pewabic School? If so, on Saturday, August 6, 2005, at the Quincy FireHall, there will be a reunion of ALL who attended the school. Right now the goal is to create a guest list of people we can contact about the event. Your part in this is to send along an e-mail to: hmchamber@webtv.net (Helen Aittama Chamberlain), with names and addresses, if you have any, of others you remember who attended the school when you did.

PLEASE SEND SNOW!!!! Raining bucketfulls here in N.E.Ohio. Thundering loudly; I even saw some lightning...It's January for crying out loud! We're supposed to be cross country skiing and playing in the snow, not watching for the rivers and creeks to rise. Many are at major flood stage. Getting closer to saying Ya to da U.P. for my Yooper-wanna-be hubby =O)

Buckeye Gal, I don't know how to tell you this, but here in Indiana, we are sending you more rain and thunder. Time to break out the jet ski, instead of the cross country skis, aye.

Hubby and I are also counting down the days until we say Ya to da UP this summer :) Also counting down the years until we return back to Michigan, and retire in the UP, (hubby is also a Yooper wanna be).

Buckeye gal: raining here in Iowa, too! Hubby says it is the system that has plagued the CA mudslide areas. We now have rain on top of snow!

Rain has stopped for now. Sun is peaking out from behind the clouds (First time in awhile), but temps have dropped. More rain forcast for this coming weekend. The water on the Delta is at high levels, Thinking about building an Ark!

Hi Kevin, when you have that ark built, can I be a passenger? I am really tired of all this rain. I think it is time to send it eastward. Mother nature sure has been weird lately.

My brother Russ and I attended Pewabic school back when you did. Russ was in 5th or 6th grade and I was in 3rd or 4th. In my grade were 3 kids, Barbara Letolah (sp?), Morgan Odgers, and me. Don't know their addresses. What a great time to live in the UP.
