What is that strange color in the sky above the horse? Can it be *gasp* blue? Is that sunshine I see falling on the horse's flanks? Is there a sky above the eternal grey?

--Sorry, I got carried away by thoughts of sunshine. It was a very dark November. I am hoping for -- dare I say it? -- clear skies!

Morning all- First Snowfall in Western Illinois just 3 inches which I know is nothing for you real "snow people", but just enough to make driving to school nasty. Hope all have a Blessed Day!

Our snow is gone, except for traces, down here, too. We're supposed to get snow this afternoon. Not a lot, just enough for hazardous driving conditions at after-work drivetime. The big thing we've had down here this fall is high winds over and over again.

All nine of my horses went right out into our new snow we got last nite and rolled and rolled and rolled in it, life is good!

It was mentioned by a fellow pasty.cammer (thanks to whoever you were - I'm sorry I don't remember) and is like the pasty.cam, albeit from a very different place, and in a different format, a place to sometimes find very beautiful pictures. Especially today:

Good morning everyone :) Woke up this morning to snow on the ground. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee haaaaaaaaaaw! Da Abbi had fun rolling around in the snow and also eating it...she is so facinated by snow and treats every snow fall as the first snow she has ever seen ;)
Therese, I laughed so hard at your post...because your description of the weather sounds like Indiana in the fall and the spring.
