Hi Friends,
I have some family coming up to visit this weekend. I would like to have some finnish cheese for the visit. Anyone know where I can buy some?

Have a great day and thanks for your help.

Does anyone know if you can go back and read older "What's UP" discussions?? I can only go back to yesterday!!

You can read older What'sUP pages by clicking on the daily page, then clicking on the link directly below the Pasty Cam picture.

Lorelei, when I was back in the summer I bought the Finnish cheese at Econo (I won't attempt to spell the Finnish name for this cheese because I can't even pronounce it correctly!). It was good too.

By Mike R New Berlin WI (Miker) on Thursday, October 6, 2005 - 01:37 pm:

The Finnish cheese is juusto, which is Cheese in Finnish. My family always called it juustoa.
Use to awe.

Yooper, thanks once again.

I have sent a few on to some of my colleagues in the industry. Have had some wonderful comments including “the little images are helping save my sanity”. Thanks for all the smiles! (and saving sanity too!)

By Lorelei (Lorelei) on Thursday, October 6, 2005 - 04:29 pm:

Thanks Stix. I will have to check out Econo tomorrow. Don't worry about the spelling. I didn't know how to spell it either. Thanks to Mike R for the correct spelling and pronounciation.

Has anyone heard from Audrey in San Jose to see how she is after her biking accident? Has she recovered?

By Mary Drew at Pasty Central (Mdrew) on Thursday, October 6, 2005 - 10:11 pm:

Beverly,
Yes, I hear from Audrey on a regular basis. She's doing better and is back to work, but still not fully recovered. I'll be sure to mention you asked about her, then hopefully she'll leave a message herself! :->

A couple of guys from work and myself did a similar ATV ride a week ago Wednesday, We left from Mass City and rode up to Copper Harbor. We rode the Bill Nicholls to the RV park in Houghton and then a escort from Houghton’s finest over the bridge and the snowmobile trails to Copper Harbor. There was not a whole lot to look at on Wednesday with all of the rain but I have some great pictures on the way back on Thursday that I will upload to my gallery soon. Thank you to all of the privet land owners that allow year round use of there land, I have a trail through my property that I allow year round use of and you don’t really now how much it should be appreciated until you are allowed use of someone else’s land for a great ride like the one we had. 220 miles round trip through gods country, it cant get any better then that!!
