Timely picture of the frog! I don't know much about frogs, but when I went out to do my work out this morning a frog was in my entrance way and it was a pale blue in color!! I swear that even though it was 4 A.M. I am sure the frog was blue! :) Pretty cool regardless.

I've been gone only since Friday evening but did Mary need surgery? Can't seem to locate that info in any of the past cam notes. Anyway, hope it is not serious and she is up and about real soon.

Carole check July 24th, in the What's Up for news on Mary's mishap. Time about 5:00. There's another that was posted later by Mary, but I've been unable to locate it.

Hopefully Charlie will give us an update on Mary before the evening is out. Poor kid.. She is in our prayers.

Looking for a Local; What time is Sunset? Looking at the web cam's it still lite 21:44 ( 9:44 p.m.)

David Hiltunen, According to Karl Bohnack from TV6 out of Marquette. Sunrise today at Sawyer Airport was at 6:30 and sunset at 21:24. So yes it is still quite light out at that time. Our days are getting shorter though as the summer goes on and that cools things down quite nicely. Oh yes and Sawyer airport is 110 miles east of Houghton so it maybe even a few minutes later.
In the summer it is rather hard to go to bed while the light is still in the sky but we have to if we work early in the morning.
