Karen, I'm a native Yooper (DBHS '71). We've lived in SE Mich for the past 30 years and 5 doors down from the Milford/Commerce Twp line for the past 20 years. I don't feel old but guess I'm getting to be an old timer.

Can anyone tell me where I can purchase one of Sharon Smith's beaded bracelets when I get up there? I so enjoy her journal, it's like being there visiting with her.

Sharon probably still sells her jewelry at that restaurant in Copper Harbor that has a buffet and also a gift shop upstairs. I cannot think of the name! If no one responds here, you can e-mail her from her website.
