Good morning...just got in off the road a little bit ago. Nice to be able to not have the movement of the road underneath me.
Margaret, the cardboard boat races do look like they would be a blast, eh. Have to laugh at the idea of a cardboard submarine...because it will do exactly what a sub is intended to do...end up at the bottom of the lake.

A little closer to you, there is a cardboard rigatta every summer in Crystal Lake, Illinois. They don't allow any high tech creations, and a full 50% sink by the first 25 feet off shore. It's quite a show.

Mr. Bill, thanks for the info...I will have to try out the Crystal Lake cardboard races...just as long as I don't have to drive through Chicago to get to Crystal Lake. ;)

good morning all. we just returned home after spending a week in calumet.it was the most pleasant vacation we have ever had. brockway mountain wow! you have to see it to believe it.

I think the Bridge Cam is down. The picture is from last Friday.
