Was looking for a live moose, but the only one I see is on the bird feeder. I love the cows gathering around the house. There's just something warm and peaceful about a cow. We had one when I was a wee tot.:>

Hey Jim, since Charlie hasn't presented any 'birds' yet, maybe he hopped in his vehicle and rode out to check your moose 'sighting'.

While you can detect an animal in the artwork, my
statement was based mostly on memory of driving
under the tracks there.

Strange that you would say that, Jim, 'cause that was my thought when I read your initial post....that you'd probably driven by that particular place and knew whereof you spoke.

Jim (Jhattica), it sure looked like a moose to me. Drove under those tracks a few times.

Guess what? Only 21 days,
8 hours and 38 minutes till Christmas, make that 36 minutes. :)

Better get those eyes checked hollidays if you've driven under there a few times and saw a moose because there isn't one on that mural in Ishpeming. Compare the mural on this side of the bridge:
