Boy are the walleye biting on the Ontonagon river. Our neighbors caught the mother-lode today. They're bringing the filets over for a fish fry tomorrow. They also picked some wild asparagus for the feast. Can't wait to see what Judie's special fish batter is. I'll let you all know. This girl not only catches the fish with her boyfriend, she also filets them.
Temps were in the high 70s today and rain is in the forecast.
The doe have had their babies within the last few days. Saw a big doe with two little fawns that just barely started walking.
Enjoy this beautiful day Yoopers, it always is.
