Good Morning. Zman, I love your picture of Bond Falls! Norma's right, we have a Snow/Ice Day here in mid-Michigan, with all of the schools being closed, including local colleges. And just as I was getting all settled in, thinking that spring was here, with our snow all gone...we get dumped on yet again, sigh! I'm really ready for the crocuses, daffodils, tulips, leaves on trees, and some warmer weather! All three of my sons are done with winter and are eagerly awaiting the real spring to show up and stay, too. Tech had it's Annual Slush Pit day on Mt Ripley on Saturday, complete with an Easter Egg hunt for prizes and a splush pit, to either try to flop into the slush or jump over with your skis or snowboards, or whatever. Ripley is now only open on the weekends until the end of the season. (Yes, they still do have skiiable snow, this year, unlike last year, when they did not.)

Early this morning Elizabeth Taylor passed away due to heart ailment. She was 79. Loved her in National Velvet.

Liz Taylor is gone but not forgotten.
Hope all is well with you Janie, looks like you have bad weather in your neck of the woods. Hope you're healing well.
Missed the snow, cold temps here but they won't last long. The "Ice-Out" hasn't happened to the Ontonagon River yet, should be soon.
Please donate to the poor people in Japan, I did.
