Sally and Ron Beaudette snapped several photos of the deer that have been coming in to feed in the Bootjack area and look who else has been a regular diner...a wild turkey. Sally said it comes right in with the deer to grab some dinner and it sure looks like the deer tolerate their feathered friend joining them, just fine. It's sometimes a little shy or maybe just really sly, as Sally mentioned that it kept hiding behind the trees when she was trying to get a shot of it. Finally, Ron was either sneakier than the turkey or maybe the bird just became used to a human around, because he was able to snap a couple photos before the gobbler ran off.

Diner or dinner: that would depend on whether you were shooting with a camera or a gun.
