What better way to ease back into the work-week, than with a meandering winter creek scene… something to calm frazzled nerves if you've just had a slippery drive to work, or perhaps just a stressful beginning to the morning. Sit back and imagine yourself right where Brenda Leigh was standing when she snapped this shot. I still say we need to have some sound effects to accompany the photos... that and "scratch and sniff" technology would make it almost as good as being right there. By the way, if you're wondering where "right there" is in today's photo, Brenda said it's near the main highway which goes south from the Barbeau area, between Sault Ste. Marie and Drummond Island. Very pretty spot, I'm glad it was calling Brenda's name to capture this scene.

Great wintertime photo!!
The scratch and sniff technology would especially be useful when you post fresh out of the oven pasty photos!!! ;-)

True, but then again, there is the occasional outhouse scene :( Nice photo this morning!

The pine trees would make a good scratch and sniffer.

The most serene view and feeling of places take place during the snow covered times. Calming.
