Renee Sturos is a newcomer to the Pasty Guest Gallery and is making her debut on the Pasty Cam today with these peaceful shots taken in Marquette, across from the ore docks. We've seen the docks numerous times, but I don't think we've very often caught a glimpse of the surrounding area, especially in the quiet of dusk with everything reflected in the harbor waters.
Kind of a nice way to end the week and a perfect opportunity to remind you that Daylight Saving Time ends and Standard Time returns at 2:00 a.m., Sunday morning. We "fall" behind in the fall, meaning you get to turn your clock back an hour when you go to bed tonight. Hooray, an extra hour of sleep! :->

Welcome Renee! Beautiful photos and one can feel the peace and calm in the second photo.

In addition to changing the clocks, it’s a good time to change your smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector batteries and to make sure that they function properly. A small price and effort for something that may save a life.
