Morning all you Yoopers and Yooper Wanna-Bees. I'm off to Belle Isle tomorrow for the Detroit Yacht Club's Venetian Faire. My daughter and my friend Deb and I are having a booth in the craft part of the event. I am so excited. Wish us luck. It's supposed to be a beautiful day tomorrow. Summer in Michigan is truly DIVINE!

The pictures are nice today. I especially like the first 3 or 4. I love that particular view of the Eagle Harbor lighthouse. It's great! And those raspberries look good enough to eat.

Haven't picked any berries this time round. Too lazy. Been so busy that we don't get up early enough.

A Very Happy Birthday To Deb and Marty!! August is a great month to have a birthday, I know! :) And life really begins once you turn that 1/2 century mark! Marty if you would have crossed that bay here in Iowa, you would have given your beer to Chuck and say, "Here, hold my beer and watch this!" It's an Iowa tradition.
