Hats 9, Caps 17, Total lots By Marsha, Genesee/Aura (Marsha) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 09:47 am: Lots of good pictures today, hats or no! A friend of mine just returned from a trip to the Keweenaw from the Flint area. She asked me what a cudighi is, because her husband had wished he had ordered one that he saw on a menu. My husband had one once several years ago. Can you refresh our memory as to what makes a sausage sandwich a cudighi? By Kenty (Dashamo) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 09:56 am: By David Hiltunen (Davidcorrytontn) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 10:17 am: By Paul Oesterle (Paulwebbtroll) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 10:43 am:
Is this a trick question...??? By Capt. Paul (Eclogite) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 11:04 am:
A Cudighi is a spicy italian sausage patty sandwich served on a hoagie roll with mozzarella cheese and tomato sauce. What makes it different is the clove and cinnamon that is used as a couple of the many spices in the patty. I always thought Ralph's in Ishpeming had the best ones, but several other places have them, including the Ambassador. By Uncle Chuck at Little Betsy (Unclechuck) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 11:12 am: The Coachlight res. in Marquette serves a pretty good Cudighi as well. By mickill mouse (Ram4) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 11:25 am: By Doug Walters (Dawalters) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 11:58 am: (CNN) -- Finland has become the first country in the world to make broadband internet access a legal right for all citizens. By Alex "UP-Goldwinger" (Alex) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 01:26 pm: Interesting...maybe it should become the 11th commandment: "Thou shalt log-on" :) By Thomas Baird (Thomas) on Thursday, July 1, 2010 - 03:26 pm: Thanks 4 sharing, and Happy 143rd Birthday to the Dominion of Canada.
