Good Morning on this last day of June! It's hard to believe that the 4th of July will already be here on Sunday. When I was growing up, the 4th of July meant that summer is half over, yet it seems like it has only just begun... We're having wonderful weather this week here in mid-Michigan!

You are so right Marianne! Memorial Day weekend was the start of summer, the 4th of July was mid-summer, and Labor Day weekend was the ending of summer. Just a week ago marked 6 months until Christmas! Cowabunga!

Congratulations on these stunning sunrises and sunsets! I've always loved these times of day evenly. The sunrises are such banners of hope for a good day ahead of us. But the sunsets summarize the day past, that we've survived with another day of the Lord's blessings. And always we lift our eyes to the all encompassing beauty of the ever present sky!

Last day of June and we had to "light a fire". Temps were 39° this morning. Have friends in other states that finally shut the AC off. Love the weather UP here. Iron River had frost, 33°. Gettin' rain expected for the fourth. Don't care, livin' in God's country. Blackie the bear got our bird feeder again last night. Forgot to bring it in, he's smarter than the average bear.
