How wonderful what a person can find on a computer. I googled my grandpas- sisters name and I came across a page with my grandpas' parents, wedding photo, of course my great grandparents. Then I went on to read the story of the two of them. Well, it was about my great-grandmother. Her name is Jennie Mary Karjajainen but changed the last name to Karjala when they came here. I wonder if they are buried in the Bootjack Cemetary?
Their only daughter, Irma Abramson-Hannula, my grandpas' sister was also mentioned.
Bootjack is an area with boundaries mostly dependent on who gives them to you 9th street in Lake Linden is the Bootjack Road go out 5 or so miles, past the Rice Lake Road, and you will come to the Bootjack Fire Department, However, the actual Bootjack may extend for any distance in any direction
