Wonderful pictures. Some of them showed that Winter weather sometimes hung around longer than in other years at this time, and the Pinewood Derby pic reminds me of when I did that in the Cub Scouts (Den 9, Pack 58, Midland).

The winter wonderland has suddenly turned toward spring. The only snow visible is toward Houghton in the deep woods. Have spotted Robins and Red-Winged Black birds. Temps got UP to the mid 60s in my neck of the woods. Don't take those boats out of storage, keep those golf clubs in the closet, it ain't over till Gitchee Gumee says it is. The Yoopers know it, they still have their sleds sittin' in the yards! It was a beautiful day. Everyone was smiling!
