Is the new Cut River Bridge open yet?

MI DOT said US-2 Cut River Bridge to reopen Monday Oct. 26, 2009.

Can anyone confirm that it really did occur?

Haven't been out there, but I did read about it re-opening not long ago in the Esky Daily Press.

Thanks for the info! I've been curious about it. Was hoping to cross it on our early October color tour.
