Good morning! I didn't know that Michigan Tech started as the college of mining!

It's a little brisk here in the UP this morning! Don't know what the temperature is but there's definitely frost on the pumpkin.

Saw part of the Lake Linden homecoming parade last night while we were at the Dairyland getting ice cream. Brought back lots of memories from my high school days. It seems it snowed for a lot of those parades, or at least was very cold, lol! They had a nice evening for it last night! Go Lakes!!!

yea ... I love fall ... very colorful, and the smell of fresh fallen leaves in the woods is great, especially when the sun is shining and they're dry.

Well, I didn't make it to the game, but we watched it on radio, lol. Lake Linden kicked Houghton's butts!! Glad I didn't go. It's still snowing harder than ever. It is NOT nice out there!!!!! Lakes are 7-0 now!! The big test will come at the end of the month when they play Crystal Falls!

The fall colors are so beautiful to look at with the sunshine complimentaring the colors! This past week was a long one for me...two funerals, two wakes, tues. was my sister's husband's funeral followed by thurs. my mom's. Both cold, rainy days, but my hubby, Bob and our daughter, Michelle were my extra shoulders. Again beautiful fall pics!

God gotta be getting some beautiful photographs up there....HE has Dan Urbanski now...I miss that man's art...you can ALWAYS pick out his pictures. Bless you Dan!
