Morning guys! I'm sitting here waiting for pasty to come up thinking that maybe there's a snowstorm up there or something, lol! There was last weekend when we were there.

Well, I think I'll go and call my mom and find out what's going on in pastyland today.

Good job Charlie and a good photo. I'm thinking that Brockway Mountain is not a bad place to be stuck for the day. I hope the weather and the fall color was good.

Thank goodness, pasty cam is up again this morning. I missed my pasty cam photo fix yesterday :(

Seventeen years ago I published this photo on our weekend Shoebox Memory, mentioning “more later…”. Well, here we are later in 2026 still fascinated with the old pictures of the U.P., still holding it dear as a magical place. When we started Pasty Central in 1996 our motto was “Supporting care for the elderly”. Little did we know, decades later, we would BE the elderly.

Thanks to all who - to this day - still order from our kitchen on US 41 behind the Hut, just north of Calumet (right on the way to Brockway Mountain). Our kitchen is gearing up for another busy holiday season!
