OMG! I used to be in the Ontonagon Mountaineer Drum and Bugle Corp! How fun to see that picture. We had so much fun traveling to all the one-horse towns in northern Wisconsin and the UP for parades. We did the state competition twice downstate. We were last one year and second to last the other year, but it was great fun. Can you picture this bunch of "country kids" marching down Woodward Avenue in Detroit and Michigan Avenue in Lansing?! We were looking around more than we were playing. Wow! Lots of good memories today. Thanks!!

Cindy, we just did our town parades when I was in band. My daughter does the whole marching competition stuff and loves it.
