I just received your email inquiring how to access the Bridge Cam. I attempted to reply to you, but received a failure notice that stated: "Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain."

So I'll try here and hope you see it:
All you need do is click on the link at the bottom of the Pasty Cam pages. Unfortunately, the bridge cam seems to be having technical issues and is "stuck" on July 17th. I'm not certain as to when it will be back up and running.
